Bonaparte enters one of the many secured locations that have protection from the outside influence. He has in his hand a map. The room is an empty loft in an urban part of lower water front Detroit. His pack mate Max follows in behind him with a card table and a folding chair.
Max sets up the table and chair and Bonaparte sets up a map of the state. He looks to his watch. He had sent word to all the Ductus that he wanted a strategy meeting for future plans of attack. Anybody may attend this meeting. It's about 30 minutes before the start time. Max waits with him as brethren enter.

Stepping into the room, through normal means like the door rather than just appearing from the shadows, like many in this city seem so fond of doing, Camille looks curiously at the map and at Bonaparte. As she approaches the table she appears distraught, and more than a bit on edge but her tone is even enough.
"Mind if I sit in? I would love to hear what plans are in the works so that I have a better idea of what I can do to best aid the sect. By the way, thanks for all your help recently, it was much appreciated."
She holds her ground but lowers her eyes, clasps her hands behind her back, obviously trying her best to show respect and deference. She looks like she's ready to leave if he asks her to but sincerely hopes he will let her stay, if for nothing other than the distraction from whatever is making her so very distressed.

Robert enters the room shortly after Camille, and makes his way over towards a chair, typing away at his phone. Catching a glimpse of what is on the screen, an astute observer would notice that much of what he is typing looks like complete gibberish, with the exception of the word Tremere near the top of the screen. He takes a seat, nodding distractedly to Bonaparte, and awaits interruption or new arrivals.

Tommy Beresford enters the room, looks around and heads toward the table nodding to all in attendance. He notices the word on Roberts screen and makes a slight smile.
Is there a particular issue you wanted to stratigize? I know I have a few. How are you feeling Camille?

Camille moves toward a wall and seems to be trying to fade into the background only saying,
"Not good, I'll be fine though, if it gets bad enough that you need to worry I'll let you know."

Silky enters the room through a door a few moments after Tommy and continues Camille's thought.
"If it gets bad, Camille, then there won't be time for you to notify us but plenty of reason for us to worry."
He nods in deference to Priscus Robert and to Ductus Bonaparte, then sits down at the table with Tommy.

"As far as I know William desires to grow and expand his city. I plan on probing the surrounding cities with my contacts and other means to test strengths and weaknesses of our neighbors and fight the Cam on their level. I do not want to be a lone ranger on this and want input from the city."
Bonaparte begins to point at the closest city to us, Toledo, just south of Detroit and then to Ann Arbor.
"After Windsor these look like the next smartest moves. Some have already began on Ann Arbor but this other city is like 10 minutes south. What do you all think?"
"Oh and hello to you all and welcome. I guess others will trickle in as they will. I don't mean to be short and all just a lot on my mind."
He watches for smirks.

Jack saunters into the room, casts his gaze amongst all those present, and finds a seat.
"I heard what you said as I was walking up, Bonaparte. Expansionist plans are just fine if we have the manpower to back up the string-pulling you're discussing. I suppose that can be resolved with some prodigious shovel parties to get things going later on, but if you're thinking about playing Cam games to weaken them initially, I would recommend we commission members of the Order of St. Blaise. Your pack seem to fit the bill for that, by all accounts. Is there anyone else in the city that effectively works that angle?
"Also, standard sect practice for sieges is to send infiltrators into the targeted city to feel out the locals. Is there anyone willing to take on that role?"

Camille nods but looks a tiny bit perturbed.
"If I begin showing signs of being a danger to those around me then you are more than welcome to do what you need to, including taking me down if necessary. Until then I will do everything I am able to aid the sect."

"My pack and another newer pack calling themselves '99 Problems' are going to be headed down to Toledo to begin prep work on expansion."
"I was hoping reps from Hot Damn would make it here so we can find out how Ann Arbor is coming along."
Bonaparte looks around to the gathering as his hand points to the cities he was discussing.

The door opens. The Bishop of Windsor enters. Stands at the edge of the table.
"Looks like I'm a little late for this plan of action. Good to see you all."

Robert nods to Tony as he enters and looks up at those gathered, putting away his phone.
"I'm glad that one of the Bishop's found time to join us, though I am sorry to say it looks like Detroits Bishops have their hands a tad full at the moment and don't seem to be able to make it."
"You haven't missed much but idle chatter so far Tony, some light discussion about probing the surrounding areas with some of our mortal pawns, and taking steps to secure the less important cities before someone steps into the vacuum and does it for us."
"Jack here had mentioned something about inserting infiltrators spies into the areas in preparation for any action, however that won't be necessary. William and the Cardinality already have agents in place, just as we have here in Detroit and to some extent up into Quebec, so when the time comes to move physically we will be moving with first hand information. No, what we need now is a redistribution of influence. It is hie time that Archbishop William turns his attention away from Windsor, and uses the resources he has been expending there in other locations."
"What that means, and this something everyone needs take note of, but it is of especial note to you Tony, is that our sect needs to step up it's security with it's mortal influences. Unfortunately, we no longer have the vast resources of the Grimaldi to handle such matters for us."
"Tony, are you prepared to secure your area's influences, or would refocusing our resources leave Windsor able to strike at our flanks? Have you yet been able to sort out those that have the resources you need in your pack, or is anyone left who has the proper skills?"

Kale walks into the room, lagging a bit behind Tony. He leans against a wall near the Bishop and looks around the room.

Silky leans toward Tommy and whispers to him, "I don't recall us claiming Windsor as Sabbat territory. When was this new Bishop elected?"
