Given the latest splurge of drama I feel it would be beneficial to every one to learn a bit about each other. So hi, I'm Mel, I am the pack priest for Order of the Hidden Eye. I have been gaming less than a year, I started going up to Escondido with my now boyfriend Travis. Needless to say I am delighted that there are games closer to my home(La Jolla.) I look forward to getting to know everyone, hopefully you are all as sweet and supportive OOC as the gamers up there.

Thanks Mel - I think this is a great idea. ;D
I'm Wendi. I am playing Faye, Bishop and Ductus of the all female pack known as Hot Lips.
I have been LARPing since 1998. I have run my own games as well as been a player in several, from San Diego to Orange County. Many of you know me already and I look forward to getting to know all the new players.

Great idea! I'm Joey, the narrator, who also plays the Archbishop. I've been tabletopping since...1995 or so, though I didn't really know what I was doing. I started LARPing around 2000 in the Dark Ages LARP, then Wendi's LARP Puppets & Strings. Usually I'm the Head ST, but I love not having that level of responsibility for once.

Hello all,
I am David "Vito" Dullea. I am your Head ST, this is my first LARP that I have run that has lasted longer than a night. "Rome by Night" was great in concept. I learned to game by Joey, Dustin, Todd, Sean, Jon, Jose and the rest of the cabana crew many moons ago- 2003. I've run many table tops games and have staffed for many LARPs in the past. If anyone has any questions for me you may call me, shoot me a PM and I'll give you my number. I look forward to getting to know all of you new faces and creating new memories with some of you old timers. I also am not Steve. I only wish I could be Steve.

I'm Angel.
Allegedly, I have been RPing for about 16 years and LARPing for 11. But that kind of stuff is way too nerdy for me and I contend that those rumors are completely false. (However, it is not as nerdy as MUSHing, which I also don't do for Star Wars, World of Darkness and D&D.) While I'm always happy to answer questions and converse with anyone, I stand firm on the fact that I do not, nor have I ever, engaged in any roleplaying activities, except in the bedroom, which is a much more socially acceptible form of roleplaying. And also more fun. Full contact.
I will admit to being very sarcastic, though.
And black. I'll also admit to being black.

I'm Chris. I play Hasan. I'm originally from San Diego but moved up to North County (and kinda kept going till I landed in Temecula). Like Angel, I am also not a gamer, even though I've been going to various LARPs for about 16 years. I hate D&D with a fiery passion, and I'm not even sure what MUSHing is (unless that's what is in my son's diaper). And if that is truly what MUSH is, then of course I am not involved in it for anything other than my fatherly duties.
Married, with one 3 year old that thinks he's got peoples (yep, he said that).
Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit (and by far my favorite)

I'm Alex, yes I had the name first damnit, although people have taken to calling me Alicia lately, and I'll thank you to pick one, I answer to either. You know, that one chick that make Steve, that one Narrator guy, turn pale.
I ran the SC Dark Ages LARP, Baptism By Fire, for something like 6-7 years. I'm starting the revamped, ha ha, Dark Ages game up soon.
I've LARPed since I was 16, first real LARP was Battlefield San Diego, if anyone remembers that one. Done everything from D&D to Changeling, but Vampire is always the preferred.
I have always, and any of the Cabana Crew or their affiliates can attest to this, wanted RP over everything else. Stats are peachy and sure we need them, but a rules lawyer I am not.
Gaming is awesome and LARPing Vampire is usually the best part of that, where I coined this bit of wisdom: For a night, you get to be someone else, with someone elses problems.
Happy gaming to all!

Hey, my name is Mitch. I've been actively gaming now for 2-3 years and passively for 10. What I mean is that I'm a guy who downloads books and doesn't know that there's people around who play those games. As a result, I devoured a lot of metastories(and some of the rules that govern them). I also have a longer history with MUDs/MUSHs, but most people nowadays don't play those.

*waves!* My name is Chrys. I've been LARPing since 2004, and RPing in general since I was too young to know what the hell I was doing. Started in San Diego for a few years with Changeling, moved up to Vampire and more Changeling around Oceanside, went east for some Garou and Vampire, and now I'm back down here for more Vampire. Changeling, however, will always be my first love. *moment of silence* I'm an obsessive forum and chat RPer, who will allegedly be giving Wendi a run for her money. I'll be running my first Vampire LARP starting next month in Esco City Hall, but have run 3 Changeling games prior to this. I'm also running a (sneaky) garou chat RPG, and online obsessively (AIM: Natural Ketchup. Just sayin'.)

I'm Jesse. With an E, for those of you that keep misspelling my name. I play the Lasombra Bishop that apparently everyone loves to hate. But, such is my luck with playing Lasombras in SD. Personally, I just think you all are just out to get me for old times sake. I have been playing RPGs since I was 8. I will be 23 in March. Been LARPing since... I think 2003? When Vito and the crew decided to kill my first LARP character the first time I ever played her in one week end. Granted the week end was Comic con, but he hasn't stopped since. I used to live down in SD and went to a bunch of larp games down there for a while but then moved up to Temecula in '05 and started larping in North County. I have run one werewolf game that lasted 2 season and have run alot of D&D and StarWars.

I'm Joe, also with an E, and well I am a gamer. I occasionally LARP, though on the whole I prefer table top, which I have been doing since the early 80's. My first LARP was battlefield as well.

I'm Rob, I've been gaming since 1982 when I was introduced to D&D red box for the first time. My first Larp was Battlefield: San Diego, run originally by Jesse Heinig, and then by myself. Thank god for a large and wonderful Narrator/Asst:ST staff, otherwise my first Larp would have sent me over the edge bonkers. Yes, even more insane then I am now.
It's hard to grasp it's been about a decade since I met some of the people here. Ye gods
