I realize that these last few weeks have been chaotic, yet even in this turmoil we have found a way to rise above it all. We have struck a mortal blow against the demonic and infernal entities that infest Detroit, we have taken possession of Windsor from the Costello filth, and have recently seen a pack member of the Bad News Bears elevated to the Bishopric position of Windsor.
As the priest of Opus X, I believe the adherence to Ritae is very important no matter the circumstance. Please, if I am wrong then correct me, but I am unaware of any Ritae performed, specifically the Blood Bath, in ceremony of Tony's elevation. If this is the case, then I offer to lead the city in this Ritae. His elevation comes during a chaotic period in our city's history, but this Ritae should not be overlooked.
To Tony and the Bad News Bears, I offer this service in honor of your efforts and victory in Windsor, and also Tony's new charge.
*Edited to include* I was recently made aware that Bishop Lucas did not receive his Blood Bath, either. If this is the case, then I would be more than happy to perform this ritae for both Bishops.

As Pack Priest of The Nameless, I wholeheartedly agree. These Ritae have been put off for far too long, especially for my good friend Bishop Lucas. It is near unforgivable that two bishops have forgone their bloodbaths in a row, and foolish and dangerous that we have not performed vaulderie nearly enough as a city. In spite of this, it heartens me that others have recognized this lack and would like to do something about it. I appreciate your offer, and i'm sure bishop lucas will as well when I inform him, as he does not use the internet. I trust that we would have your support should we lobby to have a night with many neglected Ritae?

Of course, Issadhi. I would welcome that, and I am sure that other priests in the city would, as well.
