28 failed candidates, 4 successes, 4 embraced. 1 is a PC, 3 for Loki.
paul makes deal with loki. registers as infernalist. now has obten 4, 5, and 6 (shadow step) and the abyss mysticism ritual for super shadow step (descent into darkness).
loki paid, soul returned.

Nope, pretty complete outline. Was about to write up a description myself after I finished off the influence responses/overview.

Neat, what was that in English? 28 failed candidates, 4 successes, 4 embraced. 1 is a PC, 3 for Loki.

Translation incoming!
First off, the Nameless put 28 kidnapped/snatched/whatever canidates through their Gauntlet. 4 of their candidates made it through the first round of trials, but all 4 failed at the second round. So their entire plan on paying off Loki and getting their packmates soul back was about to fall apart.
Lucas then decided to use his retainer (A bishop) to access some records about possible true faith candidates around the globe, and track them down to test them. Doing that however, he would need to have the ability to teleport around to track them down. I informed him that the power he has been using to teleport into the abyss (which is just like astral projection) requires him to have level 6 Obten power of Shadowstep (he thought the ritual GAVE him Shadowstep). To get that, he decided to ask Loki for some extra power. After a bit of a back and forth, he made a pact with Loki. Though, he didn't quite realize it at the time, a half second after he shook Loki/Steves hand, he looked over at me with a kinda half panicked look and realized what just happened there.
Long story short, he's an infernalist now. Though he hasn't gone all the way and sold his soul, but he's definately an infernalist (though he IC doesn't know it)
After he gained his newfound power, he spent some time hunting down a few fallen true faithers, the first of which still had faith and embraced him (new character in the game, true faith shouldn't be an option for him, because he felt gods presence at the last when he was attacked, and god failed him).
Same thing for the other 3, had his pack embrace them and then sold em all off to Loki to pay the debt. Loki wouldn't be satisfied with this, since the three new vamps would either have lost their faith in the embrace, IF they had it in the first place.
Though whether or not Loki is going to be in a place to care soon, we'll see.
