Hey this is Jennifer, I play Camille. I'm with Charlie and his opinion that "I have no problem with anyone seeing my name because I think people should have the strength of character to own their issues for better or worse."
So here is the Issue I'm having:
Before last game the players were told that the way influence actions were going to be turned in to the ST's was going to change. How wasn't very clear, and I like the way they were changed but the rules for it and the system and the examples of what the ST's wanted the players to do were not posted until the day of game. Friday the fifth of March.

This is a problem because I wrote out my influence actions in a way that made sense to me and, not knowing what exactly the ST's wanted until the day of game, it was apparently done wrong. Should the in game actions be affected because the ST's didn't post the rules they wanted the players to play by until it was too late to do anything about it?

I feel that a similar thing is happening here. I don't see how the rules being changed too late for the players to edit their actions is really fair. The last time I played any WOD game LARP or table top was about 10 years ago and the rules for influences are completely different in this edition. I just got used to the old system of sending in influences when they got changed and I did my best to conform to the new rules without having an example or any specifics to work with and I am told that my influences didn't go through because I did it wrong according to the rules that were just posted earlier that day. WTF!?!?!
Since then I have been trying to communicate with the ST's both for this and for other issues because Heath is my pack Ductus. I know you all have lives and that comes first but if I don't know what's going on with my influence actions from last week then how can I plan this week's actions?
Basically some of my influence actions went through and others did not. Many of the ones that did not go through, because they were not written out with enough explanation or the right technical terms, were necessary to successfully complete another action that did go through, because it was written out with enough explanation and the right technical terms. I even asked other players who had more experience than I do with this edition and what they thought I should write out the influence actions and what they sent was very similar to the actions that didn't go through/were not correctly written. So apparently I wasn't the only one confused.
I've done everything I know how to figure this out before I posted here and I have tried really hard not to "terrorize" the ST's. I called Heath once or twice, I can't remember, and I sent one maybe two PMs about the subject trying to get answers. I even suggested that they could simply say that all my influence actions from last week didn't happen so that it would be easier on them. That would suck for my character but I was just trying to get it all sorted out so I can plan this weeks actions. Am I going to need to repeat last weeks actions or what?
Help? I really need to get this all sorted out before influence actions are due Wednesday.
