Ok, first off, good god, half the damn game showed up for this DT last night.
The agenda,
Previously, Ziggy, Faye, and Tommy had gone down to Toledo to try to open up a dialog with the Anarch's down there, but due to a previous action the Anarch's were on edge. Due to this, the whole thing turned into a mess for the players, and Ziggy was captured, Tommy was shot up a bunch, and Faye...well, Faye was fine actually.
So, this DT, they get a crew together, or as it turned out, half the god damn world together, and head down there to see about recovering him. This time, they decide to go in talking, basically end up chatting the night away with the big head honcho down there, or at least as big as a group of less then a dozen Anarchs have.
Basically, the end result is, they convinced the Toledo vamps to join a mutual defense agreement against the cam, agree not to interfere unduly with each other, and to allow the Sabbat to recruit freely there. In exchange, the Sabbat won't kill them all off. Oh, and as recompense for the slaying of one of the Toledo vamps, the Sabbat turn over the keys to a financial empire the Ventrue down there had his greedy little eyes on.
Bishop Faye asked if this was ok with the higher ups, and she was told to make the decision. If she thought it was worth the gain, then as a Bishop, she's gets to Make that kind of call. However, if she's found to be incorrect in that call, the responsibility is also hers.
Bishop Faye was told to nominate someone as Bishop of Toledo to be responsible for the province, she chose Thomas Beresford.
On the fly I came up with these NPC's that I used down there, though only 3 were actually interacted with.
Morgan - A Ventrue, with a fairly significant financial empire. He's the de facto "head" of the Anarchs down in Toledo, and acted as the face man during the negotiations. A large reason is because of his mastery of Dominate and ability to posses a ghoul so he can go in relative safety. He alluded to the fact that he was formerly a member of the Sabbat, and he was, who just quietly vanished half a century ago after being on the losing side of the war one too many times.
Jazz - Setite, with a strong church and underworld following. With Morgan, he makes up the other half of the power players in Toledo. His former partner and fellow setite was the vamp that was killed and it's his younger clanmates that want revenge. Being a bit older, a bit wiser, and a bit less suicidal, he's opted to let bygones be bygones, because otherwise he would have to either fight the Sabbat, and probably lose, or flee and set up a new unlife elsewhere.
The third the players interacted with was simply a younger Setite, that eventually passed the buck on up to Jazz.
There were another half dozen names or so I used, but none that the players actually interacted with and the list is on my laptop so I'll put those up later.
As a final note, they had Ziggy for three very profitable nights of interrogation, which is one of the reasons they decided not to fight. They have a few holds over Ziggy still, but mostly they learned that they didn't really have a chance against the forces arrayed against them.
