So we fought a demon again. Was that the same demon we thought we had killed at last Esbat?
As I lay down to sleep, I couldn't help but worry about the security of the demonic book. Perhaps we could invest Resources into hiring a security company (think Blackwater) and ghoul the ones we hire to work as undercover security for the book? I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the idea that the book is "secure". If I wanted to get at something, and was blocked from doing so by a mystical force, then I would send as many minions as necessary to retrieve it. That being the case, I can imagine that a demon, a creature many times more capable at coercing followers to do its bidding than I am, would be doing the same thing. It could just be my paranoia, but something doesn't feel right about leaving things as is.
That said, what did we resolve to do as far as Toledo?
Also, how would we go about arranging the Blood Bath prior to Esbat? As Priest I can perform the ritae, but I am not a logistics man. We only find out about the location of Esbat a few hours before we're supposed to attend. A Blood Bath requires all sect members in the city to attend, without question. Should we try to have it somewhere closer to Esbat, if we can find out where Esbat will be held a bit earlier than a few hours notice?
*Edited to include*
Before we even go that far, shall we contact the two Bishops and make sure that they even want this ritae? It won't help anyone to do this if they don't want it. I mean, it will greatly diminish their ability to perform their duties as Bishop if they refuse the Blood Bath ritae, but I guess they can still make that decision.
