I don't recall anyone stating that there was a Bishop of Windsor named. As far as I knew, the city was still Camarilla territory. Have we driven them so far back that we now claim the city as our own? Apparently the new Bishop's name is Tony. Was he a member of the Bad News Bears?

Yes he is a member of the BNB, I don't know exactly when, where, why, or how this happened. I personally think they are being a bit presumptuous, and jumping the gun with regard to claiming Windsor as Sabbat territory. There place there still seems rather precarious to me.

I disagree. It is good that the BNB are laying official claim to this disputed territory. It is a sign of progress, and begins the psychological process of changing the average cainite's mindset from "let's take their city" to "let's keep our city." It's small, but there is a subtle difference in tone. There has been plenty of precendent throughout the Sabbat's history of this happening during sieges. If Archbishop William has approved it as his Voice has said, then what we think of their presumptuousness doesn't matter. So long as they have the strength to hold their claim, more power to them.

I agree with Jack. This undertaking will also keep the BNB occupied with little reprieve to focus on anything else, as Windsor is poised for even more Costello fights. I'm betting the fighting will only get more dirty and bloody until either we completely wipe them out or they push us back to Detroit.

I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, or that it hasn't happened before, just that I wouldn't have done it that way. They may need some help maintaining their hold on the city, I think we should help them out if they have need of it and ask us for it.

If William insists on focusing our efforts on expansion, then perhaps Toledo, Ohio is a good place for us to start? What do you think Tommy? If it is another Costello city then perhaps we can do there what the BNB did in Windsor. Maybe we could even land a Bishopric position if successful.
